When you request a withdrawal from your PlayStar account, our priority is for you to receive the winnings as quickly and efficiently as possible, in a secure and legally compliant manner. To facilitate this, we use the latest security and encryption technology to ensure your transaction is safe. We are also required by law to verify a new player’s identity before their first withdrawal can be processed. Below outlines the conditions of our Withdrawal Policy.
Withdrawal Process
- To request a withdrawal, simply log into your PlayStar account and select Withdraw from the Menu.
- Select the method you want to use to receive the funds.
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and submit the request.
- An email will be sent confirming the withdrawal request.
- The withdrawal request will be reviewed within 24hours. For your security, additional documentation may be required to verify the depositing payment method(s) and chosen withdrawal method(s). (see below)
- If the withdrawal is approved, it will be processed to the withdrawal method you have selected, subject to that payment provider’s processing time.
- If the withdrawal requires further verification, you may be asked to submit additional documentation via email (see below).
Please note, the funds and account will be frozen until documents are reviewed and verified.
- If the withdrawal is declined, it will be canceled and the funds will be refunded to your PlayStar account. If suspicious activity is detected, a player’s account may be blocked.
Minimum Withdrawal Amounts
- If a withdrawal request is lower than the minimum required amount, the withdrawal will not be processed and the request will be canceled.
- The minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $10.00.
Other General Conditions
- Depending on the circumstances, PlayStar reserves the right to withdraw a player’s bankroll balance via check. If this is the case, the check will be delivered via the United States Postal Service..
- PlayStar reserves the right to delay and/or cancel the processing of a withdrawal request until any outstanding deposits have been received and processed.
- Bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable bonus and promotion policy requirements have been met. For more information, please see the PlayStar’s Bonus Policy.
- While PlayStar does not charge a fee for making a withdrawal, a player’s bank or payment processor may charge a fee to process the withdrawal, for which the player is responsible.
- As a result of restrictions stipulated by issuers, withdrawals cannot be made on credit cards.
- If a player has not deposited in the last 6 months from the method chosen to receive their withdrawal, the withdrawal option may not be available.
- You may cancel your withdrawal up until the moment it is processed by PlayStar, and the funds will be returned to your PlayStar account.
- Large withdrawals may take longer to process, potentially up to business 10 days.
- If you are found to have been involved in any form of bonus abuse, cheating, fraud, or are deemed to have taken advantage of any software or system bug or failure, your withdrawal may be delayed and any winnings accrued through such abuse may be withheld at any stage of the withdrawal request.
- Any credit or debit card that is registered to a Company (e.g. ‘corporate card’) rather than in a player’s name will be considered a 3rd party funding source and will not be accepted as a means of deposit.
- For security reasons, PlayStar may require you to confirm in writing the deposits you have made to fund your account.
- All PlayStar General Terms and Conditions must be abided by.
- PlayStar reserves the right to amend this Policy anytime at its discretion and without prior notice.
